Pre - masher TYP Zyklon
This pre - masher was specially designed and built for the Wernecker Brauerei. It is an internal pre - masher, which causes optimal mixing by tangential counterflow grist and water.
This effect ensures optimal moistening of the grist and thus prevents clod formation. This continuous moistening has a positive effect on the mashing procedure and lautering time.
